Guardswell Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is the ultimate compromise between rural living and contemporary features. When we bought the farm in 2011, the farmhouse was gutted, and oak and stone floors popped in. 6 years later, we’ve given her a second spruce up. Bright and fresh with palettes of greys and whites, lovingly worn wooden floors, sheepskin rugs and woollen blankets, stacks of Guardswell firewood and the heart of the house- the cosy red Aga.
