Orders in the United Kingdom take two to three days once they are posted, to Europe about a week, and to the rest of the world ten to fourteen days. Your confirmation email has the order number; send it to us with the email you ordered with and we will find it for you.

We are sorry. Tell us your order number and what happened, with a photograph if you can, and we will send a replacement. You do not need to send the first one back.

Yes. Anything unread can come back within 30 days of arriving, and we pay the postage. Write to us first and we will tell you how.

In the United Kingdom, £3.99 for one issue and £5.50 for two or three, and free on orders of £50 or more. To Europe £9.00, and to the rest of the world £13.00. Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duty by the country they arrive in.

If it has not been posted yet, usually yes. Write to us with the order number and the new address as soon as you can.

A subscription from the shop begins with the next issue. Nothing is taken when you sign up: the first payment comes with that issue, and it is posted to you as soon as it is printed. The issue out now is not part of it, so the best thing is to order a copy of it from the shop.

Magazines are posted as each issue comes out, usually twice a year, and your first is the next issue posted after you join. If one is late or has gone missing, tell us and we will send another. Please check the postal address on your account page too.

From your account page, at any time. Nothing more is taken, and everything stays open until the end of the year you have paid for.

Tell us within 14 days of joining, or of a yearly renewal being taken, and we refund the whole payment. If a magazine has already reached you, keep it. After that a membership is not refunded part of the way through a year, but stopping it means nothing more is taken.

Printed + Digital is £45 a year in the United Kingdom and £60 a year overseas: two magazines a year in the post and everything we have published to read on screen. Digital Only is £30 a year.

There is no password: put your email address in on the sign-in page and we send you a link and a code. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, look in your junk folder, then write to us with the address you joined with.

Each year on the date it began, on the same card. We email you two weeks before, with the date and the price, and your account page shows both.

Both are on your account page. If a payment does not go through we email you, and your membership stays open for seven days while you put a new card in.

Issue 14 comes out in spring 2027. Members have it posted the week it is printed.

Every issue still in print is in the shop. Issues 1 and 5 have sold out, and members can read every issue on screen.

We would like that. Write to us with the name of the shop and where it is, and we send the trade terms the same day.

Send us a short note about what you would like to do and a link to your work. We read everything, and we write back when there is something that fits.

Tell us about it on the List your place page. Somebody reads every one, and we come back to you about what happens next.

Thank you for telling us. Send the page and what has changed (opening hours, a place that has closed, a new owner), and we put it right.

Sign in with the email address your listing is under and open your Studio, where every part of it can be changed. If that address has changed, write to us and we move it across.

Please tell us. Where it is and why it is worth the trip is all we need; somebody will go and see.

No. Planning a trip and finding somewhere to stay are free for everybody. You need a free account to keep a trip and share it.

Open the trip and invite them by email from it. Everybody you invite sees the same plan as it changes.

We do not take bookings ourselves. Each place on the site links to its own way of booking, so you book with the people who run it.

Within two working days, and usually sooner. Every message is read by one of us.

From your account page, or by writing to us. Our privacy page says what happens to what it held.

Every Daily has a link at its foot that stops it straight away. If one keeps arriving after that, write to us with the address it comes to.
