Hidden Scotland, operated by Befound Limited (“Hidden Scotland”), offers a Digital Membership that provides access to premium content, features, and tools on the Hidden Scotland website. By signing up for a Digital Membership, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms on the Hidden Scotland website (together, the “Terms”). Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Digital Membership services.

Membership Features

Your Hidden Scotland Digital Membership includes:

Access to all articles, features, and stories on the Hidden Scotland website.

The full back catalogue of the Hidden Scotland magazine.

Weekly email newsletter (Hidden Scotland Weekly) sent every Sunday.

Access to curated itineraries and collections.

Use of the Trip Creator tool and the ability to create personalised guidebooks.

Bookmarking functionality for favourite places.

Access to exclusive member-only offers.

Pricing. Membership costs £5 per month or £40 per year. All fees include VAT at the applicable rate. There are no discounts or promotional offers available. Payments are non-refundable

Payments. All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept card payments only, using the payment methods available via Stripe at the time of purchase. Your membership will begin upon payment and renews automatically—monthly or annually—on the same calendar day you signed up. For example, if you subscribe on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, your renewal date will adjust to the last day of any shorter months.

Renewals and Cancellations. Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Digital Membership until the end of that period. Payments are non-refundable.

Taxes. VAT is included in the membership price. If you are required by law to pay any other taxes, duties, or fees, you are responsible for reporting and paying those directly.

Use Restrictions.The Digital Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. Content available through the membership—including articles, itineraries, guidebooks, and features—may not be shared, copied, redistributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or use the content in a way that breaches copyright or other intellectual property laws.

Communications.By signing up, you agree to receive the Hidden Scotland Weekly every Sunday and other marketing communications, including newsletters, updates, and special offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via your account settings.

Changes and Service Availability.Hidden Scotland reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Digital Membership services, including specific features, without notice. Content may be removed or made unavailable if required by law or for licensing reasons. Hidden Scotland is not liable for any such changes or unavailability.
