The layout is simple and open plan, centred around a sleeping and living space with a king bed positioned towards a large picture window looking out across the Perthshire landscape.

A compact kitchen provides everything needed for straightforward meals, while the bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Outside, the focus shifts to the landscape, with a private outdoor bath and fire pit set on a deck, designed for slower evenings and time spent outdoors.
