The Cabin at Fairygreen is a tiny home for two on Fairygreen Farm, part of the Dunsinnan estate twenty minutes north of Perth, with views of the Sidlaw hills and the Strathmore valley.

It was designed in Edinburgh, built in Inverness and made of Sitka spruce grown in the Scottish Highlands. Inside there is a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen, a smart TV, a kitchenette with an oven and a mini fridge, and a large walk-in shower, with towels and bathrobes.

The best of it is outside. On the deck there is a private outdoor bath to soak in under the sky, and a fire pit with a grill for a drink by moonlight. Dunsinane Hill, the hill in Macbeth, is on the same estate.

The Cabin stands at Fairygreen Farm on the Dunsinnan estate, a family-run farm in rural Perthshire twenty minutes north of Perth and an hour from Edinburgh Airport.

It looks over the Sidlaw hills and the Strathmore valley, and the owners’ address is Collace, near Perth.
