Welcome

SnoutAbout is about as cheerful a morning out as you will find near Dundee: a walk through the woods with a small group of Kunekune pigs.

It was started by Kirsty, who fell for the breed while travelling in New Zealand in her twenties, and it is run from the family farm with her husband Mike, a farmer, and their four children.

Kunekune are small, friendly pigs, and you set off with them along the woodland trail they call the Kunekune Catwalk, stopping at the PIGstagram Hut for photographs and taking time to pamper the pigs, brushing them, rubbing their bellies and oiling their skin. When everyone has had their fill of piggy time, the walk ends at the PIG-Nic Hut, with a sweet picnic, tea and views over the countryside. Bring wellies. The experience days run from Tuesday to Friday; you buy a voucher online and then arrange a date, for yourself or a group.
