Oor Wullie Statue

Created in honour of the spiky-haired, dungaree-clad lad who graced the comic strip of the Sunday Post, the Oor Wullie statue has immortalized the city’s favourite character in bronze. Sitting outside the McManus Gallery – with his pea shooter pointed at Robert Burns – childhood comic readers will have to make a pilgrimage to see him in person.
