The Hide is a private-use BBQ cabin set on top of Lindores Hill, available for one group at a time between 12 and 4pm. Access is by 4x4 Land Rover from the farm, with everything arranged in advance, from firewood and glassware to optional catering.

The experience centres around cooking over fire. Guests can bring their own food and drink, or choose from hosted options that include a private chef and sommelier, with menus built around Lindores lamb and other seasonal Scottish produce. Whisky from neighbouring Lindores Abbey Distillery is also available for pairing, using barley grown on the estate.

The cabin seats between two and ten people, with space to dine inside or outside. It suits small gatherings, whether marking an occasion or booking something different for a group meal, with a straightforward setup and full privacy throughout.
