Nàdair
For six, with three bedrooms and room for the dog. Three nights at least.

Nàdair is a modern farmhouse-style barn for six, about five miles west of Kirriemuir in Angus, with rolling countryside all around and a gated drive.
Its owners have filled it with calm, contemporary rooms and antique pieces. Downstairs there's underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove in the corner, a farmhouse kitchen with a big island and a range cooker, and a dining table for six in front of the patio doors.
The ground-floor bedroom has a four-poster king bed behind a sliding barn door, an antique armoire and a shower room with a rainfall shower. Upstairs there's a super king room, a third room with terracotta panelling and zip-and-link beds that make a king or two singles, a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower, and a snug with board games. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed, with a decked patio and a fire pit, and two dogs are welcome.
Life's most magical moments reside at Nàdair.
The ground floor has underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove in the corner of the living space, a corner sofa, a Smart TV, a DVD player and a wireless speaker, and an antique oak desk for catching up on email.
