Welcome

In the foothills of the Angus glens near Lintrathen, the Fleming family have farmed Peel for generations, and since 1984 they have opened it to visitors.

A long, low stone building by the farmyard holds a coffee shop, a farm shop and a courtyard of gifts and antiques.

The coffee shop seats more than fifty and everything is made on the farm: soups and a specials board that changes daily, burgers of the farm's own Highland beef, paninis, full breakfasts, and a counter of home baking. The farm shop sells Peel's Highland beef and lamb and produce from around Angus, and in summer there is ice cream from the bothy.

A nature trail leads out across the fields and woods for a walk before or after, and the farm opens every day of the year apart from Christmas and New Year.
