Blythe Scott’s latest exhibition, Joy, opens at Morningside Gallery in early August. It brings together 36 new works, created since her move back to Scotland after time spent living in Canada. The paintings include large views of Edinburgh and the East Neuk, alongside smaller works featuring stylised buses, harbours and imagined terrains. Layered textures, intricate details and saturated colours define the collection. The exhibition runs from the 2nd to the 17th of August.
