Bedrock Coffee

Found at 13 West Port on the edge of Edinburgh's Old Town, Bedrock Coffee keeps things focused: a tight menu of espresso-based drinks, a small selection of baked goods and whole beans sold in-store — with the option to have them pre-ground. Seating is limited, both inside and at a handful of outdoor spots, and everything runs on a walk-in basis. Early reviews suggest it's one of the most exciting new coffee shops to open in the city this year.
