Introduction
Located in Edinburgh’s Grassmarket area, this ‘health-food’ café serves raw gluten free vegan food. Although small, it packs a punch. It’s founder Amanda Brown was inspired to open the café in 2016 after she was forced to alter her diet after an illness. This led her to discover the power that diet has over health. As well as being healthy, the food is bursting with flavour. Highlights include the butterfly smoothie bowls, meat-free bolognaise, and their great range of smoothies. They also have a wonderful selection of fresh cakes and have some great breakfast options.
