Introduction
The Signet Library is an impressive Georgian building in the heart of Edinburgh. Designed by the architect Robert Reid, George IV called it ‘the finest drawing room in Europe’. It makes an elegant setting for corporate events and formal dinners. The ground floor restaurant, known as the Colonnades, is also famous for its afternoon tea.
