A coffee roastery and shop on Market Street by Waverley, the Edinburgh home of Gordon St Coffee, which began on Gordon Street in Glasgow in 2014.

On Market Street, a few steps from the entrance to Waverley station, Gordon Street Coffee roasts and pours its coffee under one roof.

The company began in 2014 with a roastery and coffee shop on Gordon Street in Glasgow, beside the city's Central station, and its name travelled with it when it came east.

The shop is small and bright, with a white marble counter, red metal chairs and a patterned floor, and shelves along the wall stacked with bags of the house coffees. The coffee is roasted by hand in small batches. There are pastries and croissants to go with a cup, and plenty of it is made to carry out to a train.

Gordon Street Coffee opens every day from seven, eight at weekends, until six in the evening. Beans are sold to take home or can be ordered online.
