The Coach House
Overview
Spread across two floors, the Coach House offers five well-proportioned rooms: two king-size doubles, two twin rooms, and a family room with bunk and double beds, served by three modern bathrooms. In the centre of the home lies a generous kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for group cooking and informal feasts. Adjacent to this is a comfortable lounge, featuring a cosy wood-burning stove, curated artwork, vintage-style jukebox and an eclectic selection of books—creating an inviting environment for relaxed evenings. Large windows in every room frame views of surrounding trees and woodland trails.

Set the scene
Sitting at the edge of the woodland, the Coach House opens onto a terraced garden bordered by pines and birch. It’s an inviting space for morning coffee or evening drinks by the firepit. While there isn’t a private hot tub or sauna here, guests can easily walk through the woods to shared facilities at the estate hub. From the house, trails wind into the surrounding forest and moorland, with Clachnaben visible on the horizon.
