Creating speciality roasted coffee in Fife, The Roasting Project is a small-batch roastery in the beautiful seaside town of Burntisland. All of the coffee served in their local café is roasted on-site, with the beans carefully selected by their on-site team. First opened in 2018, the café serves fresh, delicious food and a great coffee however you like it.
