Inside it is narrow and cheerful. Marble-topped tables and mismatched chairs line a dark green wall hung with framed illustrated posters, beside a panelled wall of wooden slats, and bistro tables run along a teal and black wall beneath white grid tiles and a looping pink neon sign about a kiss. The plates are brunch at its most generous: poached eggs with burrata and roast tomatoes, pork belly with a poached egg, avocado on toast, and rhubarb with sorrel and crumble. Arrive early, or put your name down and wander Stockbridge until the message comes.
