At their small Leith café, Williams & Johnson creates seasonally inspired blends all roasted on-site. Always single origin, their coffee blends are made from carefully sourced beans, each selected to bring out the best flavour while roasting. It’s the perfect place to pick up a coffee before wandering along the Water of Leith or exploring the on-site gallery.
