This family-owned, revamped Victorian bar dishes up great gastropub grub. Alongside the usual suspects such as beer-battered Peterhead haddock and chips and steak frites there’s misomarinated roast aubergine with kimchi fried rice. The fries are loaded with truffle and parmesan or rosemary salted, the icecream homemade.
