The Wrappings is an immersive art exhibition by interdisciplinary artist Tess Snaden at The Alchemy Experiment from 13–26 March 2026. Free to attend, the show features installations, sculptures and drawings crafted from yarn and wood that investigate ideas of play, repetition, colour theory and the tension between control and freedom. Snaden’s process begins with simple acts of wrapping thread and evolves into vibrant abstract forms that blur the line between craft and contemporary art. Drawing on themes of home, memory and the joy of creating without judgement, The Wrappings invites audiences to engage with texture, form and imagination.
