Taps by Eight Coffee Co

Taps by Eight Coffee Co is the latest Glasgow opening from Eight Coffee Company, the family-run business started by Hannah Porter-Smith, Ben Porter-Smith and Kevin Baird. The concept follows their original horse box at the Barras Market and their Victoria Road shop in Govanhill, bringing a new coffee-on-tap format to Queen Margaret Drive in the West End. The tap menu includes three iced drinks: cold brew, latte and oat latte, with syrup options such as vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, white chocolate, pistachio, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and caramelised banana. Vanilla foam can be added to iced drinks, and the wider menu includes hot coffees, matcha, chai and dirty chai. Cakes and pastries are also available. Open daily from 8am to 6pm, the café sits near the Botanic Gardens and adds a new stop to Glasgow’s West End coffee scene.
