The Old Post Office
Introduction
The Old Post Office sits in a lochside position on Kingairloch Estate, looking out across Loch Linnhe towards the mountains of the west coast of Lochaber. Designed for two, the cottage has a single-storey layout, a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a lounge with glazed frontage opening onto the patio. Inside, underfloor central heating and a wood-burning stove make it well suited to quieter weeks by the water, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and tall 50/50 fridge freezer for self-catering stays. Linen, towels, complimentary WiFi and a TV in the lounge are provided, and up to two pets are welcome. The wider estate adds walking and mountain biking routes, fishing with a guest permit, seasonal produce from the Walled Garden and regular chances to see red deer, pine martens and birdlife.
