Introduction

Positioned within the wider Kingairloch Estate, the cottage sits between glen and coastline, with walking routes and wildlife visible from the door. It sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms, including an en-suite king room, a twin and a single, all arranged on one level for an easy, practical layout.

Inside, the living space is open plan, combining kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a wood-burning stove at its centre. Large windows bring in views across the landscape, while the kitchen is set up for straightforward self-catering stays.

Outside, a small enclosed lawn and seating area provide space to sit out, with the loch a short walk away and the glen rising behind the cottage.
