Nc'nean Distillery

An independent, organic whisky distillery at Drimnin on the Morvern peninsula, run on renewable energy, with guided tours and tastings.

Welcome

At the end of a long road through the Morvern peninsula, beyond Lochaline, Nc'nean is an independent whisky distillery at Drimnin.

It was founded by Annabel Thomas.

Nc'nean does things its own way. It uses only organic Scottish barley, runs entirely on renewable energy, is certified as a B Corp and bottles its spirits in fully recycled glass. As well as organic single malt it makes an unaged botanical spirit. The guided tours and tastings welcome complete beginners as warmly as whisky lovers.

The distillery opens from Monday to Friday, from ten until five. Book ahead, and allow plenty of time for the long drive. Its spirits are also sold online.
