Stitch & Bloom takes place at Cromlix, led by Edinburgh based textile artist Lucy Freeman. The workshop introduces participants to expressive floral embroidery inspired by the early summer gardens. Beginning with the basics, guests learn four simple stitches and create their own botanical design using supplied materials. Lucy’s work and botanical references are displayed throughout the session. The day includes guided tuition, take home materials and signature afternoon tea served within the estate. The event forms part of Cromlix’s curated programme of creative experiences following its recent refurbishment.
