Set within the Colquhalzie Estate near Auchterarder, this former shepherd’s house has been reworked into a spacious, comfortable retreat. The house sleeps 6–8 guests across 3 bedrooms, including a super-king room with en-suite, a king room and a third room with twin beds and an additional double bunk, making it well suited to families or mixed groups.
The ground floor centres around an open-plan living and dining space, alongside a well-equipped kitchen filled with natural light. A separate snug with TV and books offers a quieter space, while a boot room and utility area support longer stays. Interiors are kept simple and unfussy, allowing the setting to remain the focus.
Outside, the garden and terrace open onto uninterrupted views in every direction, with open farmland, grazing ponies and wildlife close by.

A car makes the most sense once you’re here, especially for shopping, meals out, and exploring the wider area.

The last stretch is along estate tracks, which can feel properly country after rain. Stays are usually a minimum of four nights, and a refundable security deposit is required.
