Harmeny Community Woodland
Introduction
Located near the village of Balerno, the Harmeny Community Woodland is a centre of mixed woodland that was gifted to the community in the 1990s. It features a collection of non-native trees, including sycamores, oaks and ashes. The woodland often hosts community events throughout the year, as well as education services for local young people.
