Reached via single-track roads that wind through forest and open moorland, the house sits in a quiet glen near Kinloch Rannoch, with Schiehallion rising nearby. Originally a historic Highland lodge, it has been carefully restored, combining traditional features with lighter, more contemporary interiors suited to group stays.

The house sleeps up to sixteen guests across eight bedrooms, including several king rooms, a double and twin rooms, with bathrooms arranged across the property. Large shared spaces define the layout, with a dining room that seats up to twenty, multiple kitchens and a choice of living rooms with wood-burning stoves and open fires.

Outside, the grounds extend into woodland and open hillside, with walking, cycling and access to Loch Rannoch all close at hand.
