Contemporary artist and writer Charlotte Strawbridge will stage her debut solo exhibition, When Beasts Spoke, at Made in Stirling from 28 March to 10 May 2026, with an opening night on 27 March. Her instinctive alla prima oil paintings are inspired by the Scottish landscape and depict wild animals in moments of stillness and vitality, encouraging visitors to consider the natural world from a fresh perspective. A programme of events accompanies the show, including palette-knife painting workshops, a children’s writing competition and the launch of an illustrated book expanding on the exhibition’s themes, and offering further insight into her practice.
