Introduction
Cared for by the National Trust, the Hanging Gardens at Culross Palace incorporates many of the features typical of 17th-century gardens. Overlooking the Firth of Forth, the gardens are teeming with produce, including an orchard with apples, quince and mulberries, vegetable patches, herb gardens and even a roaming community of Scotts Dumpy Hens.
