Culross Abbey

Add to List

Introduction

Partially still used as a Church of Scotland abbey, Culross Abbey was first constructed in the 13th century. Believed to have been built on the birthplace of St Mungo, the abbey is partially ruined and cared for by Historic Environment Scotland. Now, the parts open to the public regularly host concerts, theatre events and weddings.
