The Gallery at Culross
A gallery of contemporary craft in Culross, run by two jewellers, with paintings, glass, ceramics, textiles and jewellery.
The Gallery at Culross is a small, welcoming gallery and craft shop in the old burgh, owned by two jewellers, Kirsty Muir and Michele Daykin, who share a love of art and of things made by hand.
It is a good place to find something original to take home from a day among the cobbled streets.
Alongside their own jewellery, the two show the work of other contemporary artists and makers, and the rooms hold a wide choice: paintings, glass, ceramics and pottery, textiles, candles and jewellery, from small gifts to pieces to hang on the wall. The gallery is just a short walk from the palace and the Mercat Cross, and it opens every day from 10am to 5pm, so it fits easily into a walk round Culross before or after the palace, the abbey and a meal at the Red Lion.
