Glasgow

The Dear Green Place.

Glasgow is Scotland's biggest city, a place of grand Victorian sandstone, great free museums and more than ninety parks and gardens. There's the medieval cathedral and the hilltop Necropolis behind it, Mackintosh's buildings scattered across town, and the Clyde where the ships were built. Its West End is all cobbled lanes and university spires, while the Merchant City and the Southside are full of galleries and bars. These are the places in Glasgow we think are most worth your time.

She works in the studio her dad helped her build in his back garden, in the south of Glasgow.
