Pheasant Cottage is a renovated cottage for six at Kincraigie, near Dunkeld in Highland Perthshire, in rolling countryside a few minutes from the town.

The living area is open plan, with a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, a long farmhouse table and a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker and an island.

There are three bedrooms: a king-size with its own en suite, a second with a king-size bed, and a twin. A family bathroom serves the others. Outside is a private garden with an outdoor seating area and a hot tub, for the evening after a day at The Hermitage, Loch of the Lowes or in Dunkeld. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Surrounded by rolling countryside, ancient woodland and stunning river walks.

Pheasant Cottage is at Kincraigie, near Dalguise, a few minutes from Dunkeld in Highland Perthshire, and is easy to reach from the A9.

Dunkeld has a small Co-op, cafés, independent food shops and bakeries, and Dunkeld and Birnam station has regular trains to the main Scottish cities. For larger supermarkets, Pitlochry and Aberfeldy are a short drive.

Getting hereThe cottages are in the countryside a few minutes from Dunkeld, easily reached from the A9; Pheasant Cottage's address is Kincraigie, Dalguise, PH8 0JZ. The owners send detailed directions before you arrive. By train, Dunkeld and Birnam station has regular services from the main Scottish cities.
