Gairnshiel x Eolach Supper Club

A first and exclusive evening of wining-and-dining including a night stay at our newest holiday home, Faunoran House. Supper Club Weekend. The evening will start at 6pm with drinks and canapés, followed by a 4 course meal prepared by Eòlach. A wine pairing option will be available, along with other dinks to purchase on the night. The Caryls, photographers hors pair, will be joining us to capture the event. After your meal, you will be left to enjoy Faunoran House. A copious continental breakfast will await the next day before checkout at 10am. This is a collaboration rooted in our shared love for food, Scotland and all things beautiful.
