Little Fitzroy
A small coffee shop on Easter Road named after Fitzroy in Melbourne, open every day from early, with breakfast, lunch and seats outside.
Little Fitzroy is a small coffee shop on Easter Road, named after Fitzroy in Melbourne, and it brings a little of that city's love of coffee to this corner of Edinburgh.
It's open every day from early, 7am on weekdays and 8am at the weekend, until 5pm, so it's an easy first stop of the morning or a pause in the afternoon. The coffee is the point here, and there's breakfast and lunch to go with it, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices on the counter. Inside is small and cosy, so on a dry day take your cup to the seats outside on the pavement. Dogs are welcome too. It's on the Good Food Guide's list of where to find a good cup in Edinburgh, and it's a short walk from the top of Leith Walk, so it fits easily into a morning in this part of town before heading on to Holyrood Park or down to the shore at Leith.

Open every day, from 7am on weekdays and 8am at the weekend, until 5pm.
No booking; seats inside and out.
