Introduction
This Royal Mile restaurant established in 2007 takes the ubiquitous local, seasonal ingredients ethos one step further by taking diners on a journey to the source. Chef Paul Wedgwood offers two-hour foraging experiences in East Lothian followed by a tasting lunch back at the restaurant. More conventional dining experiences are also offered, the a la carte and tasting menus changing four times a year with the seasons.
