Introduction
An artisanal bakery in Glasgow’s Shawlands area, Deanston Bakery is something of a local hero. Not just with their sourdough loaves and bagels, which people queue around the street to get their hands on, but the bakery, which is run by Ukranian Yuriy Kachak, recently raised £25,000 to support his home country with his baking.
