This secluded, unassuming residential street, to the south of Queen’s Park, may not seem like a likely spot to be near the top of tourists’ hit-lists, but Blairhall Avenue has quietly made a name for itself as the most Instagrammable spot in Glasgow. With so much to see and do in and around the heart of the historic city centre or hip and trendy West End, it’s perhaps surprising that those hunting for the perfect social media snap head to this tucked-away street in South Side. Yet the bright, multicoloured townhouses which line Blairhall Avenue appear to be the perfect magnet.
