Welcome

Farmhouses, cottages, bothies and a hotel on WildLand's estates, from Glenfeshie to the Kyle of Tongue.

WildLand is Anne and Anders Holch Povlsen's project to bring their parts of the Highlands back to their natural state over two hundred years. Across their estates, native forest is returning to bare hillsides, and the old farmhouses, cottages and bothies on the land have been restored for guests. In the Cairngorms there's the farmhouse at Killiehuntly and the cottages of Glenfeshie. By Loch Ness, six cottages stand on the Aldourie Castle estate. On the far north coast there's a hotel in Tongue and cottages round the Kyle of Tongue and Loch Hope.

We wish to restore our parts of the Highlands to their former magnificent natural state.
