Killiehuntly Bothy is a little stone cottage for a family, right in the middle of the old farm courtyard at Killiehuntly, near Kingussie in the Cairngorms National Park.

Inside there's a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds and one shared bathroom, and the sitting room is built round a log stove in a rough stone fireplace. The kitchen has a deep white sink, oak worktops and open shelves, and you arrive to a larder of tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam and yoghurt to get you started. Outside there's a small private garden with seating and a barbecue grill, with a herb garden next door. Forest paths start from the courtyard, the farm office sells local beers and spirits, and dogs are welcome too.

We wish to restore our parts of the Highlands to their former magnificent natural state.

Killiehuntly Bothy is in the steading courtyard at Killiehuntly, a WildLand farm near Kingussie in the Cairngorms National Park, with woods and hills all round.

Kingussie is the nearest town for shops, and there is EV charging on the estate.
