Killiehuntly Bothy
Introduction
Part of the restored Killiehuntly steading, this bothy sits among traditional stone buildings at Killiehuntly, part of WildLand, with views across the farm and surrounding hills. Designed as a self-catering space, it sleeps up to four guests, with one double bedroom and a second room with bunk beds.
The layout is centred around a cosy living room with a log stove, alongside a kitchen and dining area set up for relaxed meals. A shared bathroom serves the cottage, while practical additions such as a washer/dryer and outdoor seating make it well suited to longer stays.
Outside, a small private garden and adjoining herb garden offer space to sit out, with direct access into the wider landscape for walks, cycling and time spent in the surrounding Cairngorms.
Facilities & Services
The bothy is equipped for a self-catering stay, with a kitchen, washer/dryer and a living space with log stove. Basic provisions are provided on arrival, including tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam, yoghurt, oil, salt and pepper. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included, along with logs for the fire, a BBQ, EV charging on the estate and optional e-bike hire.

Killiehuntly Bothy is located within the Killiehuntly estate near Kingussie in the Cairngorms National Park. It sits within a traditional steading courtyard, surrounded by woodland, hills and open Highland landscape.
