Welcome

Kennels Cottage is a stone and timber cottage in the ancient woods of Glenfeshie, in the Cairngorms, with sweeping views of the glen.

It was built for the estate's kennel man, who bred and trained the working dogs, and its interiors were reworked by the Swiss designer Ruth Kramer, who mixed Scandinavian furniture with the cottage’s original elements.

It sleeps six in a double and two twins, spread over three floors, with a family bathroom and a shower room. The dining room has a long wooden table and a log-burning stove, and the panelled sitting room has an open fire, a leather wingback chair and old sporting paintings on the walls. There's a garden looking over the glen and an EV charger at the cottage. Children are welcome, and so are dogs, as long as you let the team know before you come.

We wish to restore our parts of the Highlands to their former magnificent natural state.
