Tongue and Loch Hope
WildLand's hotel in Tongue and three cottages round the Kyle of Tongue and Loch Hope, on Scotland's far north coast.
An old manse turned small hotel, and three stone cottages among the mountains, lochs and peatlands of the far north.
On Scotland's far north coast, WildLand looks after land round the Kyle of Tongue and Loch Hope as part of its 200-year plan to bring the Highlands back to life. In Tongue, Lundies House is a 19th-century manse made into a small hotel, with suppers of local and foraged food by candlelight. Out in the Flow Country, Kyle House is a cottage for two below Ben Loyal, restored by the architects GRAS. On the shore of Loch Hope, Keeper's and Ferryman's are old stone cottages wrapped in timber, with copper baths and open fires. Ben Hope, empty beaches and some of the wildest country in Britain are right on the doorstep.
This is a place to feel the rhythms of nature and find a deep connection with a raw and unspoilt landscape.
A small hotel, then cottages for two, four and six.
