The Crow’s Nest

Downstairs, the open kitchen and dining room is built round an enormous eight-foot table, and bi-fold doors open onto a sunny private courtyard. Upstairs, the sitting room has four windows looking over the harbour and across the village, with a wood burner to keep you cosy, and there’s a second wood burner downstairs. There’s a shower room on the ground floor, and halfway up the stairs is what the owners call the deepest bath in the land. A wee extra room suits children or small adults, and games and toys are there too. The house was once a sweetie shop and a pub, and the beach is a minute’s walk down the wynd.
