The third bar from Mike Aikman and Jason Scott took its design inspiration from Europe’s café-bar culture with its striking black and white tiled floor and retro Bentwood chairs. Its USP is the seasonally evolving menu of 13 cocktails, based on the 13 base spirits behind the bar. It changes every three months – or 13 weeks.
