Restaurant number three in Stuart Ralston's stable, Tipo opened in sprint 2023 on the first floor of a New Town townhouse, this time focusing on flavours from the Mediterranean, with homeade pastas and aged and cured chartcuterie and cheeses.  Think octopus carpaccio, pappardelle with crab and chilli.
