Introduction
Stuart Ralston took a more relaxed approach for his second restaurant in 2019, substituting the tasting menu concept for small sharing plates and casual allday dining. Noto, inspired by his time in New York – and named after Ralston's old roommate – dishes up Asian-tinged dishes such as ox cheek bao buns with onion and star anise and gnocchi, wild garlic, miso, shitakes and watercress.
