Beginners to professionals.
The classes run from a single day to a whole week, and are meant for everyone from complete beginners to established professional makers.

A craft school on Dunblane High Street teaching heritage crafts by hand, from willow baskets to bookbinding, in one-day workshops and week-long courses.
The Scottish Craft School teaches handmade crafts in a bright, spacious studio on Dunblane High Street, in the same building as the Craft Central gallery.
Its classes run from one-day workshops to week-long courses, and they are for everyone from complete beginners to established professional makers. The focus is on heritage and sustainable crafts and on making by hand: willow basketry, wooden spoon carving, bookbinding, embroidery and goldwork, weaving, printmaking, papercutting, crochet and felting, taught by makers who come from all over the country.
A one-day class makes a good day out, and a longer course can be the reason for a craft holiday in Dunblane. Classes are booked on the school's own website, or in person at the desk in the gallery, and gift vouchers are sold too. The school was founded by Rebecca Wilson, who runs it. Dunblane station is about three minutes' walk away, with the free Millrow car park directly behind the building.

The classes run from a single day to a whole week, and are meant for everyone from complete beginners to established professional makers.

The school keeps to heritage and sustainable crafts and skilled making by hand: willow basketry, spoon carving, bookbinding, weaving and printmaking among them.

Dunblane is on the main line, three minutes' walk from the studio, so a longer course can be a holiday reached by train from most of Scotland.
