Harlosh Black h

On the Isle of Skye’s west coast, Black h sits within open croft, designed for weather, privacy and a close connection to the landscape around it. This is a contemporary bolthole for two, arranged across a split-level, open-plan interior where oak brings warmth to a soft minimalistic space. The views do much of the work: Atlantic weather moving across the windows, mountains in the distance and Macleod’s Tables forming the backdrop to long dinners indoors. Inside, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed and luxury bedding, a master bathroom with walk-in shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Private access, parking and an EV charger add practical ease. It is a place for slow mornings, unhurried meals and watching Skye change through the glass, with enough comfort to make staying in feel like part of the trip, rather than a compromise on the day’s plans outside here.
