Forth Bridge
Introduction
Designated a UNESCO Heritage Site in 2015 and named Scotland’s Greatest Manmade Wonder just a year later, the Forth Bridge is as synonymous with Scotland as the kilt and the thistle. Connecting Edinburgh with Fife over the Firth of Forth, this cantilever bridge is more than 2,000m long and featured in the Hitchcock film, The 39 Steps.
